This is our Shaker Murphy bed with an Inset desk. We added an Inset desk to the face. The desk folds up and becomes part of the false door system on the face. The bed has Flat Contemporary crown molding.
This is shown in Paint-Grade Maple wood with a White Lacquer Finish.
We added outset lights to overhang the desk. We upgraded the lights to four LED lights instead of two. They can also be used as a reading light when in the bed position.
The bookcases are full height of bed and flush with LED outset lights. The top has adjustable wood shelves. The bottom is a wood door. The left side is a hybrid bookcase where the shelves are at an angle. We added bookcase lights as an extra feature to this bed.
Hardware is 6” Oil Rubbed Bronze Bar Pulls.
