This Mission Murphy bed is a beautiful face style. It isn’t one that we do often. It consists of four faux “drawers” and eight faux “doors” on the face.

Along with the Murphy bed, there is a Mission arm sofa. Once the cushions are removed, the Murphy bed can fold down in between the arms of the sofa. This is a neat feature to add in front of a Murphy bed – especially in a small room.
With our Sofa Murphy beds, we have to have some sort of “dead space” for the sofa arm to sit so that it doesn’t stick out into the room. On this Murphy bed we did our Inset Bookcases. They are 8” bookcases turned sideways so that they can only be accessed when the bed is down. This is an easy way to provide a place for you or your guests to set their drinks, glasses, or phone during the night.
