This Gothic Arch Murphy Bed has a rustic look to it with arched doors. We added a desk that will stay level as it transitions into a bed. The Stay Level Desk also has an under desk charging station.
Shown in Maple wood with a Dark Walnut stain. This is one of our Stock Colors. We also did some distressing on the finish to add to the rustic design.
We added LED Outset lights to be used when the bed is up and down. They are set on a three stage touch dimmer. They have a low, medium, and high setting.
The 18” bookcases are slightly shorter than the bed and pushed back from the face. The top has adjustable shelves. The bottom has two standard drawers. There is a charging station in each bookcase right above the pull-out drink tray.
One neat feature that we did on this Murphy Bed is add Inset Bookcases. These can only be seen when the bed is down. They are a great option when you’re wanting somewhere to charge your phone or set a cup of water during the night. The Inset Bookcases also have charging stations.
For the hardware on our Gothic Arch beds, we typically special order hardware and pass the charges along to the customer. On this bed, we did custom Clavos (nail heads), Iron Door Pulls, and Corner Brackets. Note: Because this is special ordered for each project, the hardware may not look exactly the same every time.
