This is a bed inspired by the designs with a Frank Lloyd Wright Face. We added an Inset desk to the face. The desk folds up and becomes part of the false door system on the face. This is a great way to combine a home office and guest bedroom. To allow for a place for the customer to charge their computer, we added a Charging Station to the base of the Murphy Bed.
This is shown in Red Oak wood with a Classic Gray stain. This is one of our Stock Colors.
This customer wanted the LED Inset Murphy Bed Lights. These lights can be used as reading lights when the bed is down. The lights are set on a touch dimmer, so you have a low, medium, and high setting. The lights will automatically turn off when the bed is raised.
In this style we made two 24” bookcases. The bookcases are the full height of the bed and flush with the face. The top of both bookcases are adjustable shelves. The bottom of the left bookcase is two file drawers. The right bookcase has a door with a printer pullout.
The customer sent custom hardware for this project.
