This is our Craftsman Murphy bed with an Inset desk. We added an Inset desk to the face. The desk folds up and becomes part of the false door system on the face.
This is shown in Oak wood with a Classic Gray stain finish.
We added the LED Inset Murphy Bed Lights. These lights can be used only when the bed is down. The lights are set on a three stage touch dimmer, so there is a low, medium, and high setting. The lights are also set on a tilt switch that allows the lights to automatically turn off when the bed is being raised.
The bookcases are slightly shorter than the bed with the depth pushed back from the face. The top is adjustable wood shelves. The bottom consists of two standard drawers with a pullout drink tray.
