This is our Christy Murphy bed with an Inset desk. We added an Inset desk to the face. The desk folds up and becomes part of the false door system on the face. This particular style has our Double-fold Inset Desk. With this desk, you get about 83” x 31” of usable workspace.
This is shown in a White Lacquer on Paint-grade Maple wood.
We added LED Outset Murphy Bed Lights. These lights can be used with both the bed and the desk. The lights are set on a three stage touch dimmer, so you have a low, medium, and high setting.
There is one 24” bookcase on both sides. The top is adjustable wood shelves. There is a mid door section with a printer pullout on one side. The bottom has two file drawers.
This project had Standard Crown Molding and Standard Base Molding.
For the hardware, we used our 6” Oil Rubbed Bronze Bar Pulls on both the bed and bookcases.
